DC Deals

Private deal flow, mediated by dcbuilder. DC Deals is my semi-private network for matching founders with credible angels and funds. The landing page explains the surface; distribution, access, and intros stay deliberately curated.

How it works

A coherent path from a private raise to a warm intro.

I sit in the messy middle between a spreadsheet and a raise CRM, with the trust layer made explicit.

  1. 01

    Founders submit once

Package the company, raise, deck, visibility, and contact preferences into an operator-ready deal.

  2. 02

    Operator verifies & prices

Investors get approved, raises pass review, and disclosure rules are applied before anything goes live.

  3. 03

    Verified investors route intros

Decks get watermarked on request, intros are logged, and founders keep the channel they prefer.

For founders

Stay in control of who sees what.

Submit your raise, pick a visibility mode, choose how investors reach you, and let the operator handle verification and access decisions.

  • Three visibility modes: open, gated, warm-intro-only
  • Watermarked decks, one issuance per approved request
  • Material edits are logged into investor-visible history
  • Pay per deal post; no commission, no shaping your narrative
For investors

Stop scanning forwarded decks.

Browse ranked, qualified raises tagged to your thesis. Request decks, route intros, and manage subscriptions in one place.

  • Verified angels and funds, with explicit access state
  • Match scoring against your sector, stage, and geo thesis
  • Audited deck and intro requests with durable status
  • Subscription, comp, or per-deal access paths
Access economics

Paid enough to stay serious, flexible enough to stay human.

Closed beta prices make the discount clear before anyone asks for a deck. Final billing is operator-controlled through Stripe Price IDs, so the product can calibrate without rewriting the access model.

ReviewOperator reviewed

The platform is public enough to explain, private enough to mediate.

DC Deals is run by dcbuilder. Convergence Labs s.r.o. is the legal and billing entity, but the actual product is a curated, human-reviewed deal lane: founders and investors reach me first, then I decide what gets promoted into the private workspace.

The platform is intentionally semi-discoverable: this page can explain the deal-flow surface, while the app itself avoids public directories, public browsing, and open sign-up.

Operator led
Run by dcbuilder

A personal deal-flow layer, not a faceless marketplace.

Companies can pitch me at dc@convergencelabs.xyz; founders, angels, funds, and partners get routed only when there is a concrete reason to bring them inside.

Public pitchThe landing page is indexable so the product has a clear face.
Private roomDeals, investors, decks, admin tools, auth, and payments stay out of public discovery.
Companies, founders, funds, and angels can reach out directly. The public form is for routing; sensitive decks and deal details move inside the authenticated flow after approval.

Principles

Trust is structural, not vibes-based.

Founder-gated disclosure

Visibility, deck access, and contact channels are decisions, not defaults.

Watermarked decks

Every issued URL is short-lived and bound to a single approval.

Auditable history

Approvals, edits, deck issuance, and intros all keep a trail.

Explicit paywall

Subscriptions, comps, and per-deal credits are first-class access paths.

Thesis-aware match

Tags, weights, and audience rules rank deals investors should see.

Operator-shaped

Built around how dcbuilder curates people, context, and timing.

Ready when you are

Closed beta. Real raises. Curated counterparties.

Pick the path that fits — submit a raise or load the investor feed. I'll handle disclosure, billing, and the paper trail.
